Residentry Visitor Management

The Residentry Visitor Management System is designed to provide your estate with complete security, accountability, transparency and control of who visited your estate with a comprehensive reporting of each visit in full detail. Residentry is an access control solution that will cater for both your Golf Estates and the smaller exclusive 10 Unit complexes and everything in between.

Our aim is to close the communication loop between both the resident and the visitor and the estate management and the visitor so ensure every person and vehicle entering through your gates are accounted for.

We achieve this by following this process:

Resident

Create a pre-cleared pin code for their visitor via Residentry Smart Phone APP Residentry SMS message integration

Visitor

Receive his/her precleared pin code via: SMS, WhatsApp or any other sharing method chosen by resident GPS location of estate that can be used to navigate to the exact location

Visitor

Use pin at gate to access estate via: Mobile scanner used by guard See Visitor Access Process Keypad at the gate

Resident

Receive notification of visitor arriving and departing the gate with the following details depending on process Visitor Picture, and identification details

Vehicle make, colour, and reg number.

Number of additional passengers inside vehicle.

Management
